5. Magic infusion
For any spells that requires sigils or magic circles, Story could make the casting of which easier for the user by drawing said symbols for them and injecting prana into the ink she uses, so that less prana is required during the casting phase. Story herself can not cast any spell she doesn't know or create the same effect using anything other than ink.

6. Memory projection pen
The effects of the endless pen(see Story's gadgets part 1) had been added to this device on top of its original effects. The memory projection pen, when held against paper or any drawing material, is capable of recreating the exact image its wielder had in mind down to the very last details provided it all came from memory.

Are these actually taking ability slots? I have to ask.

Some are. Some may not be. Just throwing out ideas for approval and taking pick to what goes in character sheet later.

I will presume they are abilities since your sheet currently list them in the future please list the intention of what they are Story.
